Local First
Cocktails are built on the fruit and cane that grow here. Sky Juice and guava duff show up in a glass, not as a novelty but as the foundation.
About Dream Cocktailz
A Bahamian mixology brand built on local flavor, disciplined technique and the belief that a drink is the first thing a guest remembers.
The Journey
Dream Cocktailz grew out of years spent on the working side of the bar, in rooms where the drink had to be right the first time and every time.
What began as a bartender's craft turned into a brand: a signature bottled collection, a class series that teaches the technique to anyone willing to shake, and beverage programs for brands that want their product in the glass, not just on the table.
The Instagram profile reads Award-Winning Caribbean Mixologist. That line is earned at events, not written into a bio.
Note for Dream Cocktailz: send the founder's full story, the specific awards and the years of experience, and this section becomes exact rather than general. Nothing here has been invented.
Caribbean Inspiration
Tamarind, soursop, guava, mango, sugarcane, coconut water. These are not garnishes on a foreign recipe. They are the recipe.
Cocktails are built on the fruit and cane that grow here. Sky Juice and guava duff show up in a glass, not as a novelty but as the foundation.
Balance, dilution, temperature and ice are treated as seriously as the flavor. A great idea served warm is still a warm drink.
Glassware, garnish, ice and setup are part of the build. The drink should be worth photographing before the first sip.
Philosophy
A cocktail can be technically perfect and still fall flat if the guest waited too long, felt rushed or was not looked after. Service is not the thing around the drink. It is the drink.
What We Stand On
Every menu starts blank. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
The drink matters. How a guest is treated while they wait matters more.
The fortieth cocktail of the night tastes like the first.
Tamarind, soursop, guava, sugarcane. Bahamian flavor, treated seriously.
Glassware, ice, garnish and setup are part of the recipe.
The goal is not a drink. The goal is the thing people describe later.
